Shipping Policy

Each Soula Temple treasure is handmade with care and intention. Because our pieces are created in small batches and often made to order, shipping times may vary depending on availability and the sourcing of materials.

Processing Times

All orders are dispatched from our local post office on the Sunshine Coast, QLD, Australia.

  • One-of-a-kind pieces → dispatched within 5-10 business days.
  • Hand crafted made to order & custom pieces → please allow up to 2-6 weeks for creation, as gemstones and materials are carefully sourced to ensure the highest quality.

Shipping Method

All orders are shipped via Australia Post.

Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking link by email to follow your treasure’s journey.

Domestic

(within Australia)
  • Regular (Australia Post) → $12 flat rate · estimated 3–7 business days from dispatch
  • Express (Australia Post) → $15 flat rate · estimated 1–5 business days from dispatch
  • ✨ $15 OFF your first order: Subscribe to our email list and receive a little bit more than shipping off your first order. 
  • ✨ Reduced Express: Orders over $300 enjoy express shipping for only $5.
International
  • Standard (Australia Post) → rate calculated at checkout · estimated 5–10 business days from dispatch
  • Express (Australia Post) → rate calculated at checkout · estimated 2–5 business days from dispatch

All orders include tracking. You can follow your parcel via the Australia Post website.
Import Fees & Duties

Please note that any taxes, import fees, or stamp duty applied outside Australia are in addition to your order total and are the responsibility of the customer.
Lost or Delayed Parcels

Once an order has been shipped with tracking, Soula Temple cannot be held responsible for parcels that are delayed or lost in transit. If your package goes missing, please contact Australia Post directly with your tracking details.

If your package has been redirected back due to late collection or via mail company error, Soula Temple is not fully responsible for this. Half of the payment will be responsible for the customer and the remaining half paid by Soula Temple.
