Returns Policy
At Soula Temple, each piece is handcrafted in small batches with care and intention. Because of the nature of our work, we do not offer refunds for change of mind. Please read our policy below.
Faulty or Manufacturing Issues
If your order arrives faulty, damaged, or there is a manufacturing issue, please email us at alyssandrianairn@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order. We will review the issue and organise a repair or replacement piece at no additional cost.
Change of Mind / Store Credit
As all Soula Temple treasures are handmade in limited batches, all sales are final and we do not offer money-back refunds. However, we want you to love your piece:
- If you’ve had a change of mind, we can offer a store credit.
- The item must be returned in its original, unworn condition with packaging intact.
- The customer is responsible for return shipping costs, as well as shipping costs for the new item chosen with store credit.
What Cannot Be Returned
- Earrings (for hygiene reasons)
- Custom-made jewellery (made-to-order or designed specifically for you)
- Items returned worn, altered, or without original packaging
Repairs
We believe jewellery should be treasured for years. If your Soula Temple piece becomes damaged through wear, please contact us. We’re happy to assess and offer repairs where possible. All repairs are quoted individually depending on the repair.
Shipping & Lost Orders
All orders are shipped with tracking through Australia Post. Once an order has been dispatched, Soula Temple is not responsible for lost or delayed parcels.
If your order goes missing, we recommend contacting Australia Post directly with your tracking details. Of course, if you need assistance, please email us at alyssandrianairn@gmail.com and we’ll do our best to support you in resolving the issue.
