What length do I choose?
Depending on the look you are after will depend on the length you choose as well as your neck circumference. We recommend you measure your neck (as every neck is different) in inch or cm to then determine which length suits best.
What length necklaces do I choose if I want a stack?
You can choose the same length for two as every Mila Custom is adjustable 2inches. For a stack three and up, we recommend to get multiple sizes to suit your layering style.
Which material is best for sensitive skin?
You know your skin best. The metals of 14/20 Gold Filled and .925 Sterling Silver are made in Italy - the best quality. If you have major skin sensitivities, we recommend .925 Sterling Silver as there's no rhodium, lead, brass or nickel at all.
How long does it take to make a Mila Custom?
Alyssandria sends sections of the piece or pieces for approval or any changes. This can take as little as half an hour to a few days depending on communication and how many drafts are made. It also depending on order amount during the week as Alyssandria is also a full time mum of her children and household. Creation can take 2-6 weeks. Your patience is very much appreciated. Is one ever made the same?
Absolutely not! This is one of the many qualities of the Mila Custom. Alyssandria includes limited edition gemstone and pearl beads as well as the sequencing is always different. There only one of a kind of your very own Mila in the world.
How many birthstones can I include in my piece?
As many as you like! 1-2 birthstones requested, theres 3 beads infused throughout. 3-4 birthstones there's 2 beads scattered throughout evenly. Over 5 birthstones theres one of each.
Do you send drafts to me?
Yes. This is an important part of the process to ensure Alyssandria creates the perfect vision of the Mila custom for you. Depending on what you have written in notes before checkout will depend on the draft process and how many is needed. Once the sections/necklace is approved, she will send a final photo for you.
